not much has changed since i last wrote, to be honest! the past couple hours, i’ve been tidying up my house in ffxiv. i’m trying to go for a blend of sharlayan and ul’dahn styles (because yaoi), and i think it’s coming together nicely imo!

i also have an apartment room, since it’s a free company house technically, but i don’t know what to do with it yet… i tried making a photo studio, but i’ve had so much trouble with that for some reason? i wanted to get a lighting setup that was sufficiently flat/bright so that i didn’t have to do too much with gpose lights, but xiv housing lights are so awkward for some reason. i was also considering making it another one of my oc’s houses (cuore’s, specifically) but that’s gonna be another huge gil investment lol.

also in xiv, i finally commissioned t’saya’s canon outfit (a hat and a top)! i’m really looking forward to hearing back about that 😊

we’re getting a few inches of snow tonight/tomorrow morning, in other news. fortunately, i don’t have to work until thursday, yay…! if i was back home in MA i’d be excited, but our house in NC is at pretty significant risk of the pipes freezing, which is like. the most miserable thing ever. would actually rather the heat stop working. this time around i’m more prepared though, so i’m trying to do all my water-using chores ahead of time. tbh, i probably should stop writing this and go finish my laundry…
